WHY WE GET INVOLVED IN EDUCATION?
(1) Only through good education and enlightenment can the cycle of hunger and poverty trap. The illiteracy rate is over 70% in the region, affecting mainly the lower castes, and the Adivasi (aboriginal). Good schools require trained teachers who are not present in the region. Considering the conditions, for example, the huge classes with more than 100 children, no teaching aids, many vintages, uneducated parentsʻ generation, etc. it is difficult to find viable and short-term solutions. By practical training the educators should learn to work differentiated or even materials easily manufactured (Integral Education).
(2) The position of girls / women is particularly critical. Your role as a mother and wife serving is predetermined. Here the focus is in training to strengthen their independence and identify examples of how they can help themselves. Shashi will be such an example.
(3) The rural exodus depopulated large parts of the village region. First drag in the big cities and from here into the world. Young people need work to earn their living and self-determination to decide. Education is the basic requirement for and begins in preschool through to secondary schools and study. We want to motivate teachers to break new ground, to promote creativity and independent learning. Starting with the child, they will be familiarized with educational, psychological and philosophical knowledge. We convey the traditional techniques (f.e. Yoga, Ayurveda), so as to address issues of healthy diet, balanced Lifestyle ....
(4) emergency assistance: Even today, many children die of malaria, because of insufficient education. Teachers enjoy in the population great reputation, they can persuade and be heard. Therefore, they are the circuits for short and medium term changes, and sustainable improvements.
